Calling all Australian wheat growers to help ‘Stop the Spot’ and send in yellow spot infected leaf samples.

The Stop the Spot campaign was launched in 2014 by CCDM’s Caroline Moffat, aiming to significantly reduce the economic impact of yellow spot in Australia.

The results of the 2015 samples have helped CCDM’s yellow spot team have a good understanding of how the pathogen is changing in paddocks across Australia. The campaign continues in 2016, so please get involved!

Growers, if you suspect yellow spot infection in your paddock please spare a minute to pick a couple of infected leaves and pop them in the post. Sampling envelopes are available by registering your details on the Stop the Spot website:
